AI-Generated Content

Content generated using AI features belongs to you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be entirely accurate or fit your specific needs, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it.

Plan Types

• Free plan: basic features with usage limits
• Personal plan: a paid plan for individual users
• Enterprise plan: an advanced plan for teams and organizations

Payment and Billing

• All prices are charged in Chinese Yuan (RMB) or US Dollars (USD)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change prices, with advance notice to existing users
• Failure to pay may result in service interruption or account termination

Refund Policy

Unless required by law or otherwise determined at our discretion, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account or ceasing to use the service. After account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed (unless retention is required by law).

• Applicable fees are unpaid

After Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. Certain clauses (such as disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.
